All international orders are shipped via DHL and typically take 1 to 2 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination. Once your order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled, so please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing of international orders.

For our international customers, DHL covers all duties and taxes at checkout, so you won’t incur any additional fees when your package arrives in the destination country. There will be no unexpected charges required to collect your package from the local post office.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any claims related to such incidents should be directed to the carrier.
